A journey to the heart of Costa Rica

Departure from Warsaw to Costa Rica with transfer.

A private driver will be waiting for you at the airport, with whom you will go to the hotel located in the picturesque region of Alajuela, famous for its coffee plantations. Rest after the long flight and from now on be ready for a whole lot of aesthetic impressions.

After breakfast and your first “little black coffee”, your private driver will take you to the Monteverde Cloud Forest. It doesn’t get any greener!

First, you will go to the Santa Elena Reserve, where with a bit of luck you will be able to see the most beautiful bird in America – the quetzal. We recommend using your free time for adventures in the Sky Adventures Monteverde park. The specific microclimate and altitudes have made the park characterized by extraordinary biodiversity. Probably the best Sky Walk in the world awaits you here. You will walk through the rainforest, cross hanging bridges and abseil above the treetops, listening to the sounds of wild birds and the blood-curdling sounds of howler monkeys.

On the last day, drive to the Arenal Volcano area.

Today you will travel with a private driver to the area of ​​one of the most active volcanoes in Central America – Arenal Volcano.

In this area, you can enjoy a wide range of attractions – from trekking at the foot of the volcano, to rafting, horseback riding and canyoning. We also suggest going on a real adventure to Sky Adventures National Park, where you can abseil among the rainforest canopy, walk on hanging bridges, and all this surrounded by lush, tropical nature. Also, take a walk to the small but charming Rio Fortuna waterfall, which flows down surrounded by rocks covered with lush green vegetation. In the area of ​​the volcano, you can also take a bath in the hot springs, which will be the perfect ending to a day full of attractions.

On your last day, a private driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the west coast.

Today your driver will take you to Guapiles, from where you will travel by motorboat to a lodge located within Tortuguero National Park.

The park was created to protect sea turtles, which lay their eggs on the local beach from July to October. Tortuguero is also home to a host of other species, including the astonishingly beautiful frogs and the colorful toucans that are Costa Rica's signature species.

On the first day, after arriving at the lodge, you will take a cruise along the river channels, during which you will see macaques, howler monkeys and caimans. The next day, before breakfast, you will go trekking through the jungle with a guide who will reveal the mysterious world of plants and animals to you. You will visit the village of Tortuguero, walk along the Caribbean beach, and in the afternoon, continue exploring the Tortuguero channels from the deck of the boat.

On the last day, transfer to the Caribbean Sea.

On your last day, you will leave Tortuguero to head to Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, a nice town on the Caribbean Sea, where you will recover from the impressions that Costa Rica has given you. Let yourself be carried away by the Caribbean vibes, take off your shoes and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

After four nights your driver will take you to San Jose.

Today you will travel to San Jose. We recommend spending the last day of your vacation shopping and relaxing before your flight back to Poland. Your hotel is located in the vicinity of atmospheric restaurants with local food, small shops and numerous galleries - this will be a great opportunity to feel the local atmosphere.
