Incentive Manager

Scope of tasks:

• acquiring a customer and maintaining a relationship with him
• needs analysis and preparation of product offers for customers (needs research, travel planning)
• creation of calculations and comprehensive project implementation

Necessary condition for applying for a job:

• at least 2 years of experience in independently running incentive projects

• travel experience or broad interest in this field
• good knowledge of English
• very good work organization, accuracy and meticulousness
• the ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• good sales skills – high level of customer contact
• knowledge of the industry

• participation in foreign industry fairs
