Its location means that when you go on holiday to Mauritius, even in winter (May - September), you can expect better weather than on the east coast - it is less windy and there is less rainfall (although you can never be sure about the weather). Recently renovated, just a year ago, it offers accommodation in bungalows decorated in a bohemian style. The hotel's advantage is certainly its location on a sandy beach (covered here and there with delicate coral) and the proximity of the town, where there are restaurants, bars and shops.

The hotel has a swimming pool overlooking the beach, a gym and a spa. Sun Kids awaits the youngest guests. Qualified caregivers organize children's time - from entertainment on the playground, through water activities, to manual classes. Adults will also not be bored during their holiday in Mauritius. The water sports center provides kayaks, water skis and Stand Up Boards, organizes cruises combined with fishing, diving, snorkeling and catamaran cruises. The hotel also has a recording studio, with professional equipment. Golf lovers will certainly be pleased to know that the hotel organizes a boat transfer to Ile aux Cerfs Golf Club, which was designed by Bernhard Langer. Breakfast and dinner buffets are served in the Wolmar restaurant and include fresh fruit and yoghurt for those who are fit, Mauritian delicacies such as smoked marlin, and Asian and European cuisine. We were delighted by the fresh seafood we tried in the Magenta restaurant and the wine we tasted in the Van Der Stel bar. Hotel guests can also choose from two bars – LeMorne Beach Bar and The Medine Bar, where in addition to refreshing drinks, local rum or beer (we recommend Phoenix) you can order light snacks and European delicacies.

Located on the east coast, on a beautiful, sandy beach, it is a really good choice for an exclusive holiday in Mauritius. The facility provides accommodation in apartments located in one of several pavilions and in villas with private pools by the beach. Four swimming pools, including one heated, a SPA, a water sports centre, an 18-hole golf course and a children's club are just some of the attractions that await you during your holiday at the Constance Plage hotel. Water sports enthusiasts will not complain about boredom. The price of your stay includes snorkelling, wakeboarding, water skiing, windsurfing and kayaking. Seven restaurants, two bars and a wine bar, the choice is really big! Although this hotel is not famous for its exceptional cuisine, you can taste dishes from different parts of the world here. Breakfasts, which are served in the form of a buffet, are rather European. Delicious Indian, Chinese and Creole cuisine can be tasted during dinner. For lunch, guests have a choice of four restaurants - bars, where light meals, fresh juices and alcoholic beverages are served during the day. Wine lovers should not be disappointed: on the premises there is a wine bar, which boasts a wide range of wines - you can choose from 15 bottles of this drink from over a thousand vineyards from around the world.

True relaxation is offered by the wellness centre – U SPA Classic. It consists of six single treatment rooms and four double rooms, a sauna, steam bath, hot tub and swimming pool. Massages, facials and other facial and body treatments are available, using natural, local products. Apart from this fact, when planning a trip to Mauritius, you should definitely consider this place. Recently renovated, beautifully situated among exotic vegetation and on the sandy beach of Belle Mare, the One & Only hotel will guarantee that your vacation in Mauritius will be unique and unforgettable. The hotel has three heated swimming pools, a SPA, a fitness center, four restaurants and three bars. Additionally, the facility has a 9-hole mini-golf course, a tennis court and a bike rental.

Even the most demanding guests will be delighted with the accommodation offer. Elegant, bright and spacious apartments are available. Additionally, the hotel has a luxurious villa. We liked the apartments with sea and beach views the most, and of course the villa. With over 600 m², Villa One consists of two cozy bedrooms with private bathrooms, a kitchen open to a stylish living room and dining room, and a terrace overlooking the Indian Ocean. The villa is surrounded by a lush, exotic garden, from where a private path leads to the beach. A private butler, butler and chef are at guests' disposal XNUMX hours a day. Fitness trainers are also available to guests, who individually prepare a training programme.

Another hotel belonging to the LUX chain is the five-star, exclusive LUX Le Morne. The facility is located in the south-west of the island, on a small peninsula of the same name, on a beautiful and sandy beach covered with palm trees, in a place ideal for swimming and snorkeling. In our opinion, this is a place created for a romantic escape for couples and for kitesurfing enthusiasts - there are great conditions here for this sport, and the strongest winds are in winter, from April to November (spots for beginners and intermediate). In the vicinity of the hotel there is also the picturesque Black River Gorges National Park, perfect for hiking among lush exotic vegetation and waterfalls. Interestingly, it is at the mouth of the Black River Gorges that, with a bit of luck (all year round), you can see dolphins.

There are 149 suites available, each with an ocean view! The best option for couples or newlyweds seems to be The Honeymoon Junior Suite. It has a private balcony, from which you can admire the famous Mauritian sunsets and the beautiful beach. Additionally, the suite is equipped with a hot tub and a dressing room.

The hotel has five swimming pools (two of which are heated), a wellness centre – LUX Me Spa, three restaurants, including Thai, Mediterranean and Creole, and three bars. Guests can also work out in a well-equipped fitness room, take part in yoga lessons, play tennis or beach volleyball. The hotel's location makes it an ideal place for practicing various types of water sports. You can rent kayaks and sail around the peninsula, go kite- or windsurfing, try your hand at wakeboarding or sail on a glass-bottom boat to see what the ocean hides. The hotel also offers attractions such as diving, motorboats, fishing on the open ocean or swimming with dolphins. LUX Le Morne also provides access to a nearby golf course. One thing is for sure – during your trip to Mauritius, you will find many attractions.

If you are going on holiday to Mauritius with children, the luxurious Le Morne hotel will be a very good choice. For the youngest guests, there is a Play club, where, under the care of qualified caregivers, your little ones will be able to paint, catch crabs, play various games, have their faces painted and, above all, have contact with children from all over the world. Older children, aged 12 to 17, can enjoy the attractions prepared by the Studio 17 club. These include learning to play instruments, table tennis, and music lessons.
